🎯 Requirements

Senior Leadership Pedigree: 15+ years HR, 5+ years as Director or Senior PBP across multi-country
Regional Legal Mastery: Deep India regulatory knowledge (Gratuity, PF, ESI, Labor Code) and UAE
Scale & Complexity Expert: Proven HR infra building in hyper-growth, handling complex
