📋 Description

• Leads a team delivering process design and change management for clinical research processes
• Partners with CLCM and functional leaders to align strategy and service delivery
• Oversees progress of process/change delivery and workload prioritization
• Manages global programs enabling process design and change management
• Ensures integration with AbbVie Quality System Documents
• Provides direction and mentorship for subordinates

🎯 Requirements

• BS or BA required; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years in pharma/healthcare or regulated industry
• Leadership in complex matrix environments, healthcare preferred
• Track record of process improvement strategy execution
• Familiar with SOPs, ICH, global regulations, ethics and compliance
• Strong coaching, people management and communication skills
