📋 Description

• Lead security ops, detection engineering, threat intel, and incident response.
• Define and mature security operations frameworks, runbooks, and escalation models.
• Improve detection coverage and containment via analytics, automation, and security engineering.
• Collaborate with IT to secure on-prem and cloud environments and logging pipelines.
• Drive threat visibility, dwell-time reduction, and operational readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent exp.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, incl. 7+ years leading IR, security ops, threat mgmt.
• Expertise with SIEM, SOAR, XDR/EDR, threat intel platforms, forensic tools, cloud security
• Strong knowledge of security operations, threat detection, incident response, threat hunting
• Proven leadership building high-performing security teams and mature processes.
• Experience across cloud and on-prem with logging, hardening, monitoring, vulnerability mgmt.
