📋 Description

• Lead the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and security operations across cloud
• Build and maintain an information security program with policies, standards, governance, risk
• Provide technical leadership for IT operations, ensuring reliable, secure services for growth and
• Own Identity and Access Management (SSO, MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning, privileged access).
• Oversee endpoint management, MDM, device lifecycles, and enterprise SaaS administration.
• Lead vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, disaster recovery, and business

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive information security/IT leadership with hands-on cybersecurity program
• Proven success building, implementing, maturing security programs balancing security, compliance
• Direct experience with healthcare tech environments in HIPAA-regulated settings.
• Strong HIPAA/HITECH, PHI protection, governance, risk assessments, audits, remediation experience.
• Hands-on cloud security across AWS, Azure, or GCP; IAM, SSO, MFA; endpoint management/MDM
• Experience leading enterprise IT operations, roadmaps, security ops, vulnerability management
