📋 Description

• Lead inpatient and outpatient coding operations with accurate data
• Oversee coding quality and clinical documentation improvement
• Develop and monitor compliance programs for medical data
• Analyze coding performance and reimbursement trends
• Partner with clinical, financial, and operational teams
• Manage teams and provide ongoing education

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Health Information Admin or related field
• RHIA credential (AHIMA)
• 10+ years in coding/health information management; 15+ preferred
• Strong ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT knowledge
• Experience leading quality, compliance, and data initiatives
• Excellent communication and remote-work capability
