Director, Insights

📋 Description

• Be a leader of day-to-day strategic insights relationships with a leading OTC and Personal Care
• Partner with VP Insights to elevate client experience and align priorities.
• Build client relationships with a consultative mindset and clear recommendations.
• Help clients clarify underlying business challenges and deliver true business value.
• Lead client meetings and reviews, delivering insights to teams and executives.
• Be onsite at the client's New Providence, NJ location a minimum of two days/week.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in CPG, consumer insights, analytics, or services.
• Experience leading teams and coaching in data analysis and storytelling.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Proven ability to translate business questions into actionable insights.
• Executive communication skills to present to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite minimum two days/week at New Providence, NJ.
