DIRECTOR INSTALL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

📋 Description

• Lead a portfolio of 40+ complex implementations annually across healthcare settings.
• Establish governance, methodologies, standards, tools, and best practices for delivery.
• Provide executive oversight through lifecycle from planning to post-implementation.
• Monitor portfolio KPIs, milestones, and forecasting to leadership.
• Drive customer success with improvements in patient care, operations, and adoption.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics or related field; master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of professional business experience, preferably in healthcare and IT.
• PMP or CAPM certification, or 5+ years leading EHR implementations.
• Epic module certification strongly preferred.
• Experience managing seven+ direct reports and teams of 30+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and tools; Smartsheet or MS Project experience.
