Director, Integration & Data Migration

📋 Description

• Own the integration and data migration program across core implementation and all client
• Direct integration architecture across the full system landscape - federal payroll providers
• Own the data migration strategy, including data preparation and governance, target data
• Direct multi-agency migration sequencing against complexity tiers and the government-wide July 2027
• Own accountability for migration accuracy standards and post-migration audit outcomes.
• Direct application of AI and automation, where authorized, to improve accuracy, efficiency, speed

🎯 Requirements

• Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
• An active Public Trust level clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree (Degree may be substituted with equivalent years of experience).
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years of consulting or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated program-level ownership of enterprise integration and data migration efforts at scale.
• Deep experience with cloud HCM or ERP integration architecture and large-volume data migration.
