Director, International Finance

📋 Description

• Lead the International Finance organization across international markets
• Drive FP&A, forecasting, performance management, and decision support
• Partner with Sr Director, Treasury, RM, & Int’l for growth and insights
• Support market expansion, refranchising, and strategic initiatives
• Own international reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Tech, and Analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years in FP&A, finance, or strategy; international/franchise exp preferred
• Advanced financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ROI skills
• Excel/PowerPoint mastery; BI experience (Power BI/Tableau) a plus
• Strong communicator; able to translate data into exec-ready insights
• Experience across time zones/cultures; ~20% travel
• Bachelor in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA/CPA preferred
