• Lead international FP&A and finance partnering
• Provide planning, forecasting, and decision support for execs
• Drive organizational effectiveness and talent development
• Collaborate with Sr Director and treasury on insights
• Enable scalable growth across international markets
• Own financial storytelling and executive narratives

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years in FP&A, finance, or strategy
• International/franchise experience preferred
• Advanced modeling, scenario analysis, ROI skills
• Excel/PowerPoint expert; BI experience a plus
• Strong communication; able to lead across time zones
• Bachelor in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA/CPA preferred
