📋 Description

• Develop and execute investor relations strategy; engage and build relationships with investors
• Lead messaging around corporate milestones, regulatory developments, financings, partnerships, and
• Translate internal scientific and business developments into compelling investor narratives with
• Coordinate investor events, conferences, and roadshows; prepare executives for meetings and media
• Maintain investor-facing materials, including presentations, fact sheets, press releases, and
• Ensure external communications meet technical, financial, legal, and compliance requirements across

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, strategic finance, or
• Proven experience developing and executing IR strategies and managing buy-side/sell-side
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex scientific/financial data
• Experience collaborating with Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, and other functions to ensure
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MS or advanced degree in life sciences/finance/communications
• Familiarity with SEC regulations and corporate communications practices in biotech is advantageous.
