📋 Description

• Lead strategy, management, and ops for enterprise platforms (ERP, ITSM, RPA, others).
• Set roadmaps, lifecycle, governance, and standards for platforms.
• Own tech lifecycle: upgrades, integrations, data flows, testing, production readiness.
• Lead managers to ensure service stability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with PMO to align initiatives with priorities and timelines.
• Head the automation platform and Center of Excellence, incl. intake, development, testing and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business, Healthcare IT, Information Systems, or related; master’s
• 7+ years leading enterprise systems, SaaS, ERP, ITSM, automation platforms, or related tech
• 5+ years platform lifecycle mgmt, vendor mgmt, budgets/contracts, release mgmt, upgrades, testing
• 3+ years with enterprise integrations, data flows, APIs, IAM, security, env mgmt, and support
• Experience in HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Service Mgmt, or related domains preferred.
• ITIL, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, product mgmt, automation governance, or platform operating models
