📋 Description

• Lead integrated international launch plans for BridgeBio assets
• Govern Launch processes with Core Brand Teams and affiliates
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Supply Chain, Marketing
• Define KPIs, milestones, and market readiness across priority markets
• Ensure timely risk identification and resolution to enable launches
• Partner with global and regional teams to optimize launch execution

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS; MBA or related certification preferred
• 10+ years pharma/biotech with international/EMEA launches
• Proven cross-functional leadership and program management
• Strong relationships with Brand Leads and senior stakeholders
• Experience with launch excellence and governance frameworks
• Proficiency with project tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI)
