📋 Description

• Lead global contracts team; set priorities and improve operations.
• Draft, review, negotiate complex international agreements (SaaS, software, hardware, services).
• Advise on commercial negotiations and risk mitigation strategies.
• Guide data privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, sanctions, export controls.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align legal with business goals.
• Create and deliver internal training on contract processes and risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in corporate/commercial transactions; in‑house with multinational tech/SaaS.
• Proven in negotiating complex enterprise tech agreements with global customers.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity, AI; tech contracts.
• Experience managing indirect channel agreements (reseller, distributor, OEM).
• Experience supporting cross‑border operations; coord with external counsel.
• Juris Doctor; active bar membership in good standing.
