📋 Description

• Lead, supervise, and develop a global contracts team across commercial transactions, data
• Structure, draft, review, and negotiate complex international agreements (SaaS, software, hardware
• Advise Sales and stakeholders on non-standard terms balancing business goals with legal risk.
• Guide data privacy, cybersecurity, information security, AI, regulatory compliance, sanctions
• Deliver training on contract matters to internal stakeholders worldwide.
• Develop strategies by understanding company products, markets, customers, and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of progressive legal experience in corporate/commercial transactions
• Experience leading negotiations of complex technology agreements with global financial institutions
• Demonstrated experience with AI, data privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, and related matters.
• Experience drafting and negotiating indirect channel relationships (resellers, distributors, OEMs
• Proven ability to support cross-border operations and manage international legal matters with local
• Familiarity with export controls, sanctions, anti-bribery, and international compliance obligations.
