  • Own lifecycle strategy and performance across channels (email, push, in-app, web)

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing for B2C; 3+ years leading people
  • End-to-end lifecycle program across channels; calendar ownership
  • Deep Braze expertise: Canvas, segmentation, triggers, personalization/Liquid
  • Strong analytics: cohort analysis, LTV, A/B, dashboards; SQL or willingness to learn
  • Hands-on AI in lifecycle marketing: personalization, optimization, automation
  • Partner with Data, Product, Engineering; translate between technical and non-technical
