Director (m/w/d) Accounts Receivable Management

📋 Description

• Globally responsible for accounts receivable management
• Leads international teams of team leads and their teams
• Transforms manual processes into scalable digital end-to-end processes in collections, dunning, and
• Pushes modern tech like SAP optimization, workflow automation, RPA, and AI-based dunning/collections
• Drives KPI improvements (DSO, ADD, collection rate, bad debt) through data-driven decisions
• Builds reporting with clear KPI logic, self-service, and management briefs

🎯 Requirements

• Education: degree in business, finance, accounting or equivalent
• At least 5 years of leadership experience at People Manager level in receivables or related finance
• Proven success in transforming and digitizing finance functions; automation and AI project
• Strong hard skills: solid accounting knowledge, SAP FI experience, and BI/reporting landscape
• Soft skills: C-level presence, strong communication, change and execution drive, entrepreneurial
• Languages: German and English at business level (C1/C2); additional languages beneficial
