📋 Description

  • Establish and maintain equipment standards for internal manufacturing operations
  • Develop and lead Preventative Maintenance program and reliability efforts
  • Identify new suppliers with Supply Chain, Product Development, and Quality
  • Develop and maintain a Class 8 cleanroom manufacturing environment
  • Evaluate and implement cost-saving recommendations (e.g., process improvements, DFM)
  • Provide direction for project management of budgets, timelines, and resources

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/process/quality engineering in a regulated technical
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science; MBA preferred
