Director, Manufacturing Operations

📋 Description

• Lead late-stage to commercial manufacturing ops strategy
• Partner with CMOs for quality, delivery, cost, compliance
• Manage tech transfers, validation, and continuous improvement
• Develop and coach manufacturing engineers
• Balance quality, supply, capacity, cost, and regulatory needs
• Travel ~30% domestically/internationally

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Biology/Chemistry or related field
• 10+ years in late-stage clinical through commercial cGMP manufacturing
• 3+ years people management
• Direct experience with sterile injectable filling/lyophilization
• Strong ops, transfer, validation, QA, and CMOs experience
• Experience with external manufacturing and packaging
