Director, Manufacturing Operations

📋 Description

• Lead manufacturing strategy for commercial and late-stage assets.
• Oversee contract manufacturing, process development, tech transfers, validation, and production
• Collaborate with regional ops, supply chain, program leadership, and CMC teams.
• Strengthen global CDMO network; identify cost savings and process improvements.
• Develop and coach manufacturing engineering teams; be technical authority with partners.
• Travel ~30% domestically/internationally.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• 10+ years in late-stage clinical through commercial cGMP manufacturing/related ops.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Direct experience with sterile injectable filling and lyophilization.
• Experience with international contract manufacturers and external relationships.
• Strong ops knowledge: transfers, validation, QA, supply planning in regulated pharma.
