Director Manufacturing Operations - Players

📋 Description

• Lead ops for Roku’s Players and Remotes products
• Own production readiness, line bring-up, ramp-to-volume
• Develop repeatable launch processes to improve speed and quality
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance
• Travel and on-site work required; manage supplier escalations
• Build a global operating model with PM, Tech Ops, and Quality

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in ops, PM, or manufacturing leadership
• Deep knowledge of SMT, NPI, FATP, reliability testing
• Experience with DFx, automation, supplier capacity planning
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Excellent leadership and exec-level communication
• Willingness to travel 15-20% internationally
