📋 Description

• Lead AI Solutions & Platform and Tools for Marketing, Creative & Communications
• Own the MarTech stack strategy, selection, and integration across CRM, MAP, CDP, DAM, social tools
• Oversee event-tracking, server-side tagging, CAPI, and conversion pixels across shared codebases
• Define operating model, culture, and prioritization across teams, including offshore partners

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of technical leadership (Director scope) in enterprise MarTech stacks
• Bachelor’s in CS/Software Eng or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong API integrations, web architecture, server-side tracking, CMS ecosystems, CI/CD, agile
• Hands-on marketing experience and AI implementation within marketing stacks
• Experience with agentic AI systems, data science partnerships, and executive storytelling
