Director, Medical Information

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic development and evolution of Medical Information across the pipeline.
• Develop and execute strategy, operating model, governance, and service delivery with external
• Build scalable capabilities in processes, content management, SOPs, and workflows.
• Oversee creation, scientific review, and lifecycle management of Medical Information content.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, Evidence Generation, Publications, and
• Establish governance aligned with regulations and internal requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced scientific or medical degree such as PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 6 years in Medical Information/Medical Affairs/Medical Communications or related field.
• At least 4 years of people leadership/management experience.
• Experience building/leading Medical Information capabilities spanning strategy, operations
• Experience in neuroscience/psychiatry/CNS or specialty therapeutics preferred.
