Director, Member Data Science

📋 Description

• Own analytics for end-to-end member funnel: activation, retention, and reactivation strategies
• Lead product analytics: onboarding funnel, sign-up, in-app engagement, and long-term booking
• Act as executive-facing owner of member funnel performance and the narrative for retention levers.
• Design and lead experimentation programs across marketing, product, and retention; manage StatSig
• Own and evolve attribution framework (episode attribution, multi-touch, media mix modeling) as
• Partner with Clinical Operations and own dbt data models, semantic layer, and self-service

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative/technical fields; Master’s a plus; 12+ years in data
• Experience partnering with senior/executive stakeholders and mentoring other analysts/scientists.
• Deep hands-on expertise in experimentation and causal inference; strong background in attribution
• Experience with lifecycle analytics, product analytics instrumentation, and analytics platforms
• Experience with call center analytics and familiarity with Customer.io, Braze, Iterable; strong SQL
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex analyses into actionable
