📋 Description

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across National Accounts
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders for priorities and alignment
• Define and execute operational excellence roadmap aligned to priorities
• Lead process improvement and tech enhancements from discovery to adoption
• Serve as operational lead for data initiatives within governance standards
• Drive data optimization for reporting and decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years in operational excellence, business ops, or data governance
• Proven cross-functional leadership in a matrixed org
• Strong data frameworks and operational reporting knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong accountability
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and proactive communication
