📋 Description

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across National Accounts
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders for executive alignment
• Define and execute the operational excellence roadmap
• Lead process improvement and tech enhancement from discovery to adoption
• Manage data initiatives and governance for reporting and decision-making
• Translate strategy into scalable, repeatable processes across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years in operational excellence or related fields
• Proven cross-functional leadership in matrixed orgs
• Strong data frameworks and operational reporting experience
• Experience managing multiple priorities with accountability
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
