🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in operational excellence or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed org.
• Strong data frameworks and operational reporting knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accountability.
• Strong leadership and proactive communication skills.
