Director, Network Intelligence

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end network telemetry and intelligence architecture across OLT/ONT, residential
• Define scalable data models and telemetry standards using gNMI/gRPC, NETCONF/YANG, OMCI
• Architect and evolve AI/ML-powered diagnostic capabilities for anomaly detection, predictive
• Build telemetry-driven remote diagnostics to reduce field dispatches and improve first-call
• Develop microservices-based orchestration layers connecting telemetry, backend systems, device
• Partner with network operations and autonomous teams to turn intelligence outputs into closed-loop

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in access/core network engineering, network intelligence, telemetry, diagnostics
• 3–5+ years of progressive people leadership experience managing engineers, leads, lab teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Telecommunications, Data Science, IT, or related field, or
• Expert knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies (Wi-Fi 6/6E/7), mesh platforms, RF analytics, residential
• Proven experience designing and delivering unified telemetry/diagnostics platforms at scale
• Hands-on knowledge of gNMI/gRPC, NETCONF/YANG, OMCI, OpenConfig, and Broadband Forum standards
