🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in workforce development, talent strategy, HR, or nuclear/energy operations.
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
  • Proven external relationship-building with educators and industry partners.
  • Experience designing and scaling apprenticeship, internship, dual-enrollment programs.
  • Ability to build and manage university/college, technical college partnerships, and K-12 pipelines.
  • Strong data fluency and ability to translate gap analyses into investment priorities.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence with credibility among technical stakeholders.
