Director, Nuclear Workforce Pipeline Development

📋 Description

• Partner with leadership to identify urgent workforce gaps by craft, site, and horizon.
• Build a multi-year external pipeline strategy and investment plan.
• Establish relationships with colleges, universities, trade schools, and K-12 to create nuclear pathways.
• Stand up the team, operating model, and external partnerships from the ground up.
• Build and maintain a workforce gap analysis to guide pipeline investments.
• Establish governance and cross-functional rhythm with Operations and Training.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in workforce development, talent strategy, HR, or nuclear/energy operations.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
• Proven external relationship-building with educators and industry partners.
• Experience designing and scaling apprenticeship, internship, dual-enrollment programs.
• Ability to build and manage university/college, technical college partnerships, and K-12 pipelines.
• Strong data fluency and ability to translate gap analyses into investment priorities.
• Excellent communication and executive presence with credibility among technical stakeholders.
