Own month-end close, consolidation handoffs, policy & control.
Manage division books for Service entities for accuracy.
Coordinate with Head of Finance and external auditor for SOX/ICFR.
Lead multi-entity acquisitions integration and data controls.
Scale internal financial processes during growth phase.
Maintain audit-ready docs and ERP alignment (NetSuite).

🎯 Requirements

10+ years progressive accounting/controllership exp.
Strong US GAAP knowledge; ASC 606 revenue recognition.
Experience with multi-entity acquisitions; SOX/ICFR.
Proficient with NetSuite ERP; acquisition integration.
Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field.
