📋 Description

• Lead multiple AI Pods and shape operating model for AI-first product development
• Define AI-native engineering strategy, standards, and best practices
• Own end-to-end delivery from problem definition to production
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, and business stakeholders on high-impact solutions
• Establish architecture, scalability, reliability, and code quality standards
• Drive adoption of AI-first development tools and workflows across R&D

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering experience with production systems
• 5+ years leading engineering teams and scaling organizations
• Strong track record defining engineering strategy for large initiatives
• Hands-on backend or full-stack background with solid architectural skills
• Experience building AI-based production systems (agentic, orchestration, multi-step workflows)
• Strong evaluation metrics and production monitoring for AI systems
