15+ years in platform/ML/AI ops or SaaS sustainment with leadership.
Hands-on experience developing/training/fine-tuning ML or generative AI.
Knowledge of AI/ML research applied to production decisions.
Software eng or data science background for deep collaboration.
Experience with AI platforms/orchestration tools (LLMs, n8n, SaaS integrations).
Governance, security, audit, logging, access control expertise.
