📋 Description

• Remote opportunity for candidates based in the United States.
• Senior compliance leadership role at the intersection of blockchain technology and digital assets.
• Shape and strengthen AML and virtual asset compliance capabilities across sanctions, risk
• Advise financial institutions and VASPs on regulatory expectations and financial crime risks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business Development to translate regulatory
• Engage with regulators, law enforcement, banks, exchanges, and industry partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior AML or financial crime leadership role (e.g., MLRO, Chief Compliance
• Experience across traditional financial institutions and the virtual asset industry.
• Strong knowledge of AML, sanctions, transaction monitoring, investigations, regulatory compliance
• Deep understanding of financial crime risks in virtual assets and on-chain activity.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain analytics, KYT, wallet screening, or similar tools.
• Ability to design and improve AML programs and compliance frameworks in dynamic environments.
