📋 Description

• Define brand positioning and identity system for Alpha Lion.
• Lead across packaging, DTC, Amazon, retail and product launches.
• Own brand equity and ensure consistency across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with leadership to sharpen strategy and execution.
• Work hands-on with design, not just brief agencies.
• Build scalable brand guidelines for rapid growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in brand/design with leadership experience.
• Strong identity, packaging, visual systems, and digital/physical experiences.
• Hands-on design portfolio plus senior creative leadership.
• Experience with DTC, Amazon, retail; CPG is a plus.
• Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; packaging knowledge a must.
