Own end-to-end web and product design from IA to final specs
Apply AI tools throughout exploration, iteration, and systemization
Collaborate with clients to defend design decisions with clear rationale
Facilitate cross-functional handoffs with engineers, strategists, and AI practitioners

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of design experience in brand identity and digital product
Portfolio with at least one design system built from scratch
Fluency in Figma including variables, auto layout, and components
Track record shipping brand identities and usable web experiences
Working knowledge of AI tools applied to design workflows
Understanding of HTML, CSS, design tokens, and component-based development
