📋 Description

• Lead brand identity and visual direction for clients from concept through delivery.
• Design systems from the ground up for maintainability and AI tooling compatibility.
• Own end-to-end web and product design from IA to final specs.
• Use AI tools throughout exploration and systemization to move fast.
• Present and defend design decisions to clients and translate choices for non-designers.
• Collaborate with engineers, strategists, and AI practitioners to ensure implementable outputs.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of design experience with brand identity and digital product work.
• Portfolio with at least one design system built from scratch starting from brand identity.
• Fluency in Figma (variables, auto layout, component architecture).
• Track record shipping brand identities and web experiences that are used.
• Working knowledge of AI tools applied to design workflows.
• Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, design tokens, and component-based development.
