• Lead brand identity and visual direction across client work
• Architect design systems from scratch for reuse and AI tooling
• Own end-to-end web and product design with finish on delivery

• Collaborate with clients, translate design decisions to non-designers
• Ensure cross-functional handoffs with engineers and strategists

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in design with brand identity and digital product work
• Portfolio with a design system built from scratch
• Fluency in Figma (variables, auto layout, components)
• Proven track record shipping brand identities and web experiences
• Working knowledge of AI tools in design workflows
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, tokens, and component-based design
