📋 Description

• Lead brand identity, design systems, and web/product design across client engagements.
• Own end-to-end design arc from exploration to token naming for system usability.
• Leverage AI to accelerate design workflows and share learnings with the team.
• Collaborate with engineers, strategists, and AI practitioners for implementable outputs.
• Present and defend design decisions to client stakeholders in plain terms.
• Navigate multi-client contexts with rigor and high aesthetic/functional bars.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years design experience in brand identity and digital product.
• Portfolio including a design system built from scratch.
• Fluency in Figma with variables, auto layout, components.
• Proven track record shipping brand identities and web experiences.
• Working knowledge of AI tools in design workflows.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, design tokens, and component-based dev.
