📋 Description

• Diagnose organizational performance and operating models across people, processes, technology
• Design and redesign organizational structures, workflows, processes, accountability models, and
• Translate strategic direction into actionable transformation plans with owners, milestones
• Lead implementation initiatives from planning through execution and adoption, embedding
• Coordinate training, change management, and stakeholder adoption activities to ensure solutions
• Lead client discovery sessions to understand business challenges and desired outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in organizational effectiveness, business transformation
• Demonstrated track record of taking transformation initiatives from diagnosis through to adoption
• Strong experience analyzing organizations holistically across people, processes, technology
• Proven client-facing experience with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior
• Demonstrated sales, business development, consulting, or commercial experience, including
• Advanced experience using AI, automation, and technology-enabled workflows to improve business
