Director of C&B and Payroll – People Systems

📋 Description

• Own the global HRIS roadmap and governance, ensuring HRIS is configured, maintained, and optimized
• Ensure data integrity processes are set up to enable automation with AI Agents; build HR data
• Consolidate and oversee end-to-end payroll operations across 20–30 countries and ~60 entities
• Build and scale a Payroll Shared Services function with defined processes and controls.
• Own annual performance and salary review cycle: design methodology, calibrate market data, advise
• Lead and grow a direct reporting team; interface between HR and Finance and ensure consistent

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years’ experience across HRIS, Global Payroll, and Compensation & Benefits.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS.
• Track record managing multi-country HR processes in a complex international environment.
• Experience designing/running global compensation cycles and job architecture.
• Experience building or scaling a Shared Services function is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with HR data modelling, reporting; experience with Snowflake/BI tools and
