Oversee intake, assessments, and admissions to ensure timely care
Align with Clinical Leadership, Compliance, Revenue Cycle, and Utilization Review
Drive speed to admit by reducing time from assessment to start
Ensure HIPAA-compliant, DSM-5-TR-based assessments for diverse clients
Coach and mentor managers, leads, and clinicians in a remote environment

🎯 Requirements

5+ years behavioral health experience
Master’s degree in mental health or related field
Independent mental health licensure required
2+ years in a supervisory role (3+ preferred)
Proven experience building and scaling teams
Change management and process improvement experience
