• Lead Hasbro's cloud platform, data center services, and SRE function during a large-scale migration
• Drive cloud strategy, governance, and a self-service, SLA-driven platform model across
• Oversee migration end-to-end, including retained data centers and a unified hybrid estate.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in infrastructure and cloud engineering, with 5+ years leading teams including managers.
• Proven track record owning enterprise-scale AWS environments and end-to-end data center to cloud
• Deep AWS expertise across Landing Zone, Control Tower, multi-account structure, guardrails
• FinOps leadership experience with multi-year cloud budgets and cost optimization strategies.
• Strong collaboration with cybersecurity/identity teams to harden cloud estate and implement
• Executive-level ability to translate infrastructure risk and investment into business language.
