Director of Compliance

📋 Description

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide compliance strategy aligned with objectives and government
• Design, implement, maintain, and audit policies covering FAR, DFARS, agency supplements, and
• Maintain and update Code of Ethics and communicate it to employees.
• Establish and oversee compliance training programs for new hires and existing staff.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting the program and inform leadership.
• Conduct enterprise risk assessments and annual reviews of the compliance program.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in compliance, legal, regulatory, or related
• Active Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) designation.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep knowledge of federal procurement regulations; SBA regulations highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing or supporting audits.
• Ability to assess enterprise risks and advise senior executives on complex compliance matters.
