Director of Construction

📋 Description

• Senior owner/operator executive responsible for the full campus program
• Leads on-site construction org and governance for mega-scale campuses
• Owns scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and handover
• Interfaces with leadership, JV partners, utilities, and authorities
• Manages campus reviews, inspections, and commissioning sign-offs
• Ensures integration across CSA, MEP, and power disciplines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Arch or related field or equivalent experience
• 15+ years in large-scale infrastructure/construction, 7+ owner-side on mega data centers
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary construction teams
• Experience with campus budgets, contracts, and exec reporting
• Deep experience with CSA, MEP, high-voltage power, and commissioning
• Advanced Procore, MS Office, Primavera P6 proficiency
