📋 Description

• Lead development of contracts and compliance function.
• Own full lifecycle of federal contracts and related agreements.
• Review complex high-volume agreements for risks and gaps.
• Draft redlines and negotiate to balance commercial outcomes.
• Lead contract negotiations with stakeholders across functions.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate regulatory needs into actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years contracts experience with federal government contractor.
• 5+ years drafting, reviewing, negotiating complex federal contracts.
• 3+ years leading a contracts function and supervising staff.
• Experience with GSA MAS contracts.
• Full lifecycle of federal prime/subcontracts (FFP, T&M, Cost-Reimbursable).
• Deep knowledge of FAR and agency supplements; risk assessment.
