📋 Description

• Underwrite large-ticket credits and manage credit authority
• Collaborate with Capital Markets and vendor/partners
• Drive AI-enabled credit analysis and decisioning
• Develop and enforce credit policy and portfolio controls
• Mentor underwriters and build a high-performing team
• Lead cross-border structuring and leasing strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 6-12+ years in commercial credit (leasing, vendor finance, ABL, middle-market)
• Experience underwriting $1M+ single obligor, comfortable at $2.5M
• Genuine leasing and syndication background
• Delegated credit authority with time-sensitive decisions
• Writing: clear, persuasive memos for Committee
• AI-first and data-driven approach to credit decisions
