Design Cybersecurity Policy, Incident Response Plan, and Cloud Policy per BCB resolutions.
Oversee private keys custody architecture: wallets, MPC, multisig, HSM.
Lead security operations (SOC/SIEM, threat intel, vulnerability mgmt, pentests, red team).
Ensure timely reporting to BCB, ANPD (LGPD) and coordinate post-incident remediation.
Manage third-party and cloud risk: vendor due diligence and contractual safeguards.
Build and lead the cybersecurity team; embed security-by-design across the organization.
