• Establish yourself as a trusted member of the Payments Leadership team, enabling better decisions
• Co-drive Payments strategy and product decisions with Product and Engineering, bringing Data into
• Identify untapped opportunities for commercial optimisation, including pricing, commercialisation
• Set the data strategy for Payments, including operating model, team priorities, architecture and
• Translate between technical, product and commercial perspectives to help teams make high-impact
• Develop and scale a high-performing data team across Data Science, Analytics Engineering, ML

• Deep Data expertise with strong product and commercial judgement
• Ability to connect metrics, architecture and customer strategy to business outcomes
