📋 Description

• Lead and grow the Data Science and Bioinformatics function for Women’s Health and Organ Health
• Build bioinformatics capability within the DS team and establish scalable AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure quality and reproducibility of genomic algorithms powering clinical products.
• Architect scalable AWS-based data science and bioinformatics infrastructure for NGS pipelines.
• Implement MLOps tooling and automated validation for clinical production deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• MS or PhD in Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, CS, Physics, Applied Math, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in Data Science or Bioinformatics with 5+ years of people management.
• Hands-on AWS cloud infra experience for data-intensive bioinformatics workloads and NGS pipelines.
• Ability to identify capability gaps and drive execution with minimal structure.
• Strong cross-functional communication with Research, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Track record of building bioinformatics talent and scalable pipelines for products.
