📋 Description

• Lead a high-performance Delivery Team in Nepal delivering for US, Australia and Europe.
• Improve service delivery processes, practices and work standards.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met while maintaining profitability.
• Plan and manage risk, change management, and governance for Nepal.
• Plan deployment of people and resources; foster servant leadership.
• Develop employer brand and candidate pipeline; collaborate across locations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing large multi-million dollar projects for American/European clients.
• Strong business acumen.
• Digital skills: spreadsheets, documents, presentations, analysis.
• Quick learner of business software systems (BI, PM tools, etc).
• Experience leading large teams and handling tough situations.
• PM/General management experience in a high-growth tech company is a plus.
